Colby is the best you will ever find. he knows his stuff, and is very precise, considered, and works with his customers. You can definitely tell he loves his job. I have a 25+ year old old furnace. A few months ago a had no hot water. I called a few places and was told that they will not work on it but would gladly sell me a new one. I call Colby, he answered right away and said he would be more that happy to fix it. in a matter of 3 hours he knew what to problem was and fixed it. the cost was cheaper than what I was expected. He also sent me a quote on having my pipes upgraded. a few months had past, I called him last week to finally have the pipes upgraded. I did not have to say what I needed, he knew right away. He was out in 2 day and got the job done. Colby will always have me as a customer

I reached out to Colby on a Friday in need of a new water heater and he came on Monday to evaluate and give an estimate (which was lower than the competitor estimate we had by quite a bit), then came back Tuesday to complete the job. He was incredibly polite and respectful of our home and our pets, and always provided satisfactory communication. I can’t recommend Colby/Ridgeline HVAC enough and will absolutely continue to use him in the future!
